Refund policy

The promise

If Prestige breaks and cannot be restored within 72 hours, you choose between a full refund or free time extension equal to the outage. That applies to every plan, including lifetime.

Covered

• The client will not launch on a supported Minecraft version and support cannot fix it.
• Your key arrives invalid or already bound to another device.
• A DonutSMP update removes functionality and it stays unfixed past the 72 hour window.

Not covered

• Minecraft account bans. Risk is part of using any client, and every buyer acknowledges it at checkout.
• Change of mind after the jar has been delivered and downloaded.
• Your device cannot run Minecraft or Fabric.
• License termination for breaking the terms — sharing, reselling or leaking.

How to request one

Open a ticket in our Discord server with your order ID and proof of the issue — a crash log, screenshot or short clip. Decisions land within 72 hours. Approved refunds return through the original payment method where possible; crypto refunds go back in the same coin at the rate paid.

Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute without a ticket first is a permanent blacklist from all current and future products. Tickets get solved; chargebacks just cost everyone money.
